Meet Jasmine!
Jasmine is a registered Speech Language Pathologist at SpeakSTRONG. She is a certified provider of Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT LOUD®) with LSVT Global®. She is also a certified provider of SPEAK OUT!® & The LOUD Crowd® treatment programs, for which she has received the Parkinson Voice Project® grant three years in a row.
In addition to these, Jasmine has completed Parkinson’s Foundation Advanced Team Training (formerly ATTP), and was selected by the International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society (MDS) to become an official educator on Parkinson disease for other healthcare professionals. Jasmine is the first Canadian, and one of ten international clinicians, chosen to receive this advanced training by the Society.
In addition to her role at SpeakSTRONG©, Jasmine helped create British Columbia’s first full-time public Speech Language Pathology program for people with neurological movement disorders. This program is located at the Victoria Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders Clinic, which is a specialized neurology clinic. Jasmine is also a clinical educator for the University of British Columbia, where she supervises and mentors graduate students. Furthermore, Jasmine is proud to be a volunteer member of the Adult Services Committee with Speech and Hearing BC, where she helps advocate for improved access to Speech Language Pathology services across British Columbia.
Jasmine has provided a variety of education seminars to hospital teams, professionals, support groups, and the public. This includes a 3-part virtual series in collaboration with Parkinson Society BC (PSBC). Jasmine’s work has been recognized with a Celebration of Excellence award by Island Health.

Meet Isabelle!
Isabelle is a Rehabilitation Assistant in Speech Language Pathology with a wealth of expertise and a heartfelt dedication to her work. At SpeakSTRONG, Isabelle provides personalized one-on-one appointments and dynamic group therapy sessions. Fluent in both French and English, she ensures that clients receive high-quality services in their preferred language.
Specializing in assisting individuals with Parkinson’s disease, Isabelle finds profound fulfillment in helping her patients achieve their speech and voice goals. Witnessing their progress and the transformative impact on their daily lives is a source of great joy for her.
Over the course of her eight-year Rehabilitation Assistant career, Isabelle has spent the past three years specializing in Speech Language Pathology to support individuals in various settings including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Her extensive experience spans from pediatric early intervention all the way to acute neurology at Victoria General Hospital, where she helps patients recover from traumatic brain injuries and strokes. Isabelle’s expertise also extends to supporting adults with neurological movement disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Isabelle enjoys walking, reading, and paddleboarding. As a former water polo player, she has also taught aquatic lessons to individuals of all ages. Originally from New Brunswick but having grown up in Victoria, Isabelle has a deep appreciation for both Eastern and Western Canadian cultures.
All patients must undergo a Speech Language Pathology assessment before accessing Rehabilitation Assistant services with Isabelle.
